The British Deer Society has responded to growing numbers of people interested in taking a deer stalking certificate, but without the time to do so, by introducing a package deal training course.
This new package course includes the Ultimate Deer Data CD, which includes interactive quizzes on deer recognition, general knowledge and large game handling, more than 600 photographs, health and safety questions and their answers, as well as a shooting and marksmanship guide. The CD also includes an electronic version of the complete DSC1 training manual and a guide to the Level 1 assessments. For the price of £175, the BDS will provide the CD, DSC1 registration, and all five assessments.
There’s also good news for those with the time to undertake the full training, as the BDS has announced it will run around 20 DSC Level 1 courses for the reduced price of £275.
