Edgar Brothers has commissioned new ammunition to join the Superformance rifle round range from Hornady.
The new Superformance .243 Win 75gr SST Ballistic Tip has been designed specifically for shooters of foxes and small deer for the UK market. The ammunition utilises top of the range propellants to make bullets fly fast and flat, outperforming other rounds with no increase in recoil, muzzle blast, fouling or loss of accuracy, despite reaching 100-200 feet-per-second faster than conventional ammunition.
Derek Edgar, managing director of Edgar Brothers, says: “Hornady… gave us a bullet that is faster and flatter than anything else on the market and worthy of the Superformance reputation. Hornady will now be offering it as a standard round in 2015 thanks to our UK commitment and love of this bullet weight.”
