It’s the last day on which you can contribute to the consultation on firearms licence fee rises.
Shooting organisations praised the proposed fee rises, which are far lower than what some MPs called for.
A firearms licence would rise to £88, with a renewal to £62, should the proposals go through.
But the increases are under consultation – not guaranteed. Shooting organisations have urged members to respond in support of the fee changes, to ensure they are passed instead of any harsher increases.

I think it is a fair increase if wee leave to the bunny huggers it will be a lot more.
