Check out the distinctive stock of the Merkel Helix Speedster, designed to work perfectly in conjunction with the Helix’s straight-pull action. It’s a thumbhole design, but the ‘hole’ is open at the top so you can move your trigger hand straight to the bolt and pull it back without anything getting in the way. The polymer stock also employs a number of rubber inserts to increase grip on the pistol grip and forend, and the cheekpiece is a ‘memory’ design adjustable for height.
