Kubota has revealed its new range of petrol-powered utility vehicles.
The RTV400ci boasts a high revving 16HP air-cooled, single cylinder petrol engine and Kubota’s newly developed CVT Plus (Continuously Variable Transmission) with inertial clutch. This prevents the vehicle from slipping for improved safety and durability. Its sibling, the RTV500, offers a 15.8HP, two cylinder petrol engine, and this is liquid cooled to enhance reliability and reduce noise and vibration. Each has an electronic fuel injection (EFI) system to maximise engine responsiveness and acceleration while reducing issues with cold starts and manual choke adjustments. These compact vehicles complement Kubota’s more powerful RTV900 and RTV1140 varieties.
