Targeting the driven hunting market, Swarovski has added a new Z8i model whose base magnification is even lower than 1x. This allows for an even greater field of view – some 56m at 100m. A click-stop on the magnification control informs the user when the scope has hit 1x, so you can’t accidentally zoom out past it. A throw-lever is available as an optional accessory to make adjustment even more intuitive. Elsewhere, this 0.75-6×20 scope offers all the same internal functionality and glass quality as the rest of the top-end Z8i range.
