Wild and Game, the not-for-profit company working to boost game consumption in the UK with its ready meals, pies sausages, burgers and more, has launched a series of videos to show people how to cook with game.
In the videos chef Oliver Moal shows how to create six dishes including pheasant breast schnitzel and wood pigeon in a creamy mushroom sauce. They are designed to appeal to people who have enjoyed Wild and Game’s ready-made products and would like to try cooking with game themselves.
Steven Frampton, Wild and Game’s co-founder, said: “As a company we have always worked to encourage people to start cooking with game themselves.
“Our products demonstrate how well game can work in dishes people are already familiar with, and our range of ready to cook meats makes it easy for people to start cooking their own recipes.
“There’s often a misconception that game is difficult to cook with but that’s not the case at all, and our new recipe videos make that point very well.”
