The results of the General Election are in, and there’s a parliamentary majority in favour of shooting.
With all seats declared, 350 MPs had declared themselves supporters of shooting, giving it an official majority of 50 seats.
However, most other MPs are neutral or undecided, with only 11 anti-shooting MPs in Westminster, which means the majority is likely to be a lot larger in effect.
BASC reminded shooters that its political website is still active, and shooters can head to http://politics.basc.org.uk to lobby their MPs now.
