German manufacturer Steiner, known for its hunting binoculars, has turned its hand to riflescopes in the new Nighthunter Xtreme range.
Developed for the military, Steiner has adapted its technically advanced scopes for civilian use.
Steiner’s four scopes have diamond-night coating to enhance light transmission and an ultra-fine illuminated red dot.
The parallax adjustment system minimises the chance of sighting errors, while the red dot may be dimmed and intensified.
To conserve power, the red dot automatically switches off when the rifle is not used for three hours or is put in an upright position. Scopes are nitrogen-filled and have a hardwearing anodized finish.
